grandma’s “special” iced tea
Recipe
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz Simple Syrup
- 2oz Black tea-infused Bedlam Vodka
- 1 ½ oz Ceylon Loose leaf black tea
- ½ oz Assam Loose leaf black tea
- 1 bottle Bedlam Vodka
Instructions
- Add loose leaf black tea to a container with 1 bottle of Bedlam and close. Shake briefly and let sit for 1 hour or till desired level of infusion has been reached. Strain through a fine strainer.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake till sufficiently chilled and strain over ice.
